This portal is how customers of Wright On Time Delivery place and track delivery orders. This page explains what information the portal keeps and what we do with it.

What we collect

Your name, email address, and company, so you can sign in and we know who ordered. The details of each order: pickup and delivery locations, contact names and phone numbers, shipment details, and notes you add. Billing records for those orders, including invoice and payment status.

What we use it for

Running your deliveries and billing for them — generating delivery tickets, dispatching drivers, emailing order confirmations, and preparing invoices. Invoicing runs through Intuit QuickBooks, so order and billing details for your company are shared with QuickBooks for that purpose.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it for advertising or marketing. Information is only handled by our staff and by the service providers that host the portal, store its data, and deliver its email on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Order and billing records are business records — we keep them as long as tax and accounting rules require. Your login is removed when your account is deleted; your company's order history stays with the company.
